## Kahles binoculars: from Swarovski


The name Kahles is connected to the historical production of rifle scopes by founder Karl Robert Kahles. In 1898 he produced the first, handmade, rifle scope. After his death his wife, and, later on, his sons took over the company. At the time his sons decided to produce top-quality binoculars for hunting and sporting purposes. This good quality also didn't go unnoticed by the competition. So when it became clear that there were no Kahles heirs left the company was sold to Swarovski. Ever since May 1989 Kahles Limited is an independent company within the Swarovski group.

The Austrian brand **Kahles** is one of the oldest binocular manufacturers in the world. And you can clearly tell. The quality is amazing, the design functional and the optics.. wow! The natural colours, the balanced construction in addition to the unique binocular protection have turned these binos into the perfect companion while hunting. The Kahles Helia collection is comprised of five binoculars. Three standard models (8x42, 10x42 and 8x56) and two with hunting functions. This is the Helia RF-collection.
