This Victorinox boning knife from the Fibrox collection has a 15 cm blade and was designed to cut meat from bones. Chicken or duck for instance, or spare ribs. The blade is thick enough to handle these types of tasks. Please note: you shouldn't cut through the bones.

Excellent knife for boning duck, chicken or any smaller meats it's flexible blade allows a clean bone and gets into the hard to reach joints with out damage to the meat so you left with the perfect cut unscard
