Bob Kramer by Zwilling Euro Stainless kitchen knives
The Bob Kramer by Zwilling Euro Stainless knives are the flagship model of the Kramer by Zwilling collection. These handcrafted knives were designed by Bob Kramer and manufactured according to his requirements. Each knife is a true work of art thanks to the beautifully patterned damascus steel. The blades of these knives are truly unique in their combination of SG2 powder steel and damascus steel. The micarta handle perfectly suits the design of the knife.
Features of the Kramer by Zwilling Euro Stainless series
Bob Kramer by Zwilling Euro Stainless blade
The knives have a blade of damascus steel with a core of SG2 powder steel. This type of steel retains its sharpness for a very long time. Hardened to 63 Rockwell, which is very hard for a kitchen knife. On top of the hard SG2 core are 100 layers of damascus steel. The pattern on the damascus steel is unique; it's Bob Kramer's own design.
Bob Kramer by Zwilling Euro Stainless handle
The handle is made from micarta, which is a composite material made from linen and synthetic resin. In terms of design, the beautiful handle matches the blade perfectly. In addition, micarta is moisture-resistant, so these knives can also be handled in wet circumstances. The scales are secured with stainless steel rivets, and the eye-catching mosaic pin provides a nice finishing touch. This pin is 100% handcrafted and shows Bob Kramer's logo. This series is made entirely by hand in Seki, Japan. As a result, each knife is unique.
