Richardson Sheffield is known for stylish kitchen knives with excellent value for money. With the Refinest series, the brand extends this approach to kitchen utensils. Each product performs one task well and is easy to use and maintain.

Refinest mandolin

The star of the series is the Richardson Sheffield Refinest mandolin. With this one appliance, you can slice, shave and grate vegetables, fruit and cheese. The adjustable cutting blade determines how thick or thin your slices will be. Everything falls straight into the integrated drip tray, keeping your worktop clean. Thanks to the non-slip base, the mandolin remains stable while slicing. After use, simply pop it in the dishwasher. Supplied in a gift box, making it a great present too.

Refinest graters

You use a good grater more often than you might think: from a little lemon zest to a generous pile of cheese for lasagne. The Refinest graters are made from stainless steel and dishwasher-safe. Cleaning is a piece of cake. The Refinest graters are available in three coarseness levels:

  • Refinest Fine Grater: for a touch of flavour, such as citrus zest in a dressing or Parmesan cheese over your pasta
  • Refinest Coarse Grater: for cheese over an oven dish or pizza, and carrot in your salad
  • Refinest Extra Coarse Grater: for pieces that retain their bite, such as courgette in a savoury tart or potato for rösti

Would you like fine and coarse in one? Then choose the foldable grater. It has both coarseness levels and folds flat after use, so it takes up hardly any space in your kitchen drawer.

Refinest peelers and other kitchen utensils

Use the P-peeler with a smooth blade to peel potatoes and apples. The Y-peeler with a serrated blade is ideal for soft skins, such as those of tomatoes and peaches. With the julienne peeler, you can quickly make thin strips of vegetables. Would you prefer all three? Then choose the 3-piece peeler set.
