Due Cigni Tuscany kitchen knives: enjoy Italian class
With the Due Cigni Tuscany kitchen knife range, you bring a piece of Italy into your home. And not just any piece of Italy — a piece of Tuscany. The place where the Italian Renaissance began. The native region of Leonardo Da Vinci. The home of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. And the site of endless olive groves and vineyards. Enjoying simplicity is central to Tuscan cuisine. The Due Cigni kitchen knives emphasize this. An uncomplicated design, a razor-sharp stainless steel edge, and an olive wood handle that isn't just nice to hold but is also beautiful to look at.
Features of Due Cigni Tuscany knives
Due Cigni Tuscany handle made from olive wood
The handle is made from olive wood, a light type of wood, both in weight and colour. The dark lines provide an elegant contrast. Because of this striking wood grain, each knife is unique. It is therefore possible that the knife you see in our photos will differ slightly from the knife you receive at home. There will only be minor deviations in the pattern on the handle. The material used and the quality standard are the same for each knife. Olive wood is naturally antibacterial and water-resistant. As with all kitchen knives with a wooden handle, this kitchen knife is not dishwasher safe.
Due Cigni Tuscany blade
The blades are made of X50CrMoV15 steel with a hardness of 57 HRC. This is a very popular stainless steel from Germany with a high chromium content. As such, these knives are particularly strong, hard and wear-and-tear resistant.
