The ergonomic handles have a fine satin finish. These pans can be used on all types of heat sources, even induction hobs and can be placed in the oven (up to 260 degrees Celsius).


## Materials used


The pans are made from 100% recycled aluminium which is formed and cast under a pressure of 250 tonnes. To make sure that the pans can also be used on induction hobs a steel plate is added to the aluminium base.


## Ceramic non-stick coating


A great feature of the SCANPAN Pro IQ collection is the sublime non-stick coating which is created by adding melted titanium to the aluminium pans. Combined with high-quality ceramics SCANPAN created very solid ceramic pans.


## Environmentally-friendly pans


During the production of the SCANPAN pans a lot of attention is paid to the environment. The pans are 100% ‘green’. For instance, they are made using 100% recycled materials and a lot of attention is paid to minimize CO2 emissions. SCANPAN produces practically all its pans in Denmark.
