The WMF Provence Plus is a series of pans with transparent lids. The series consists of several cooking pots and a saucepan. With the Provence Plus, WMF ensures that you instantly get all the pans you need, all in the same style. The main advantage of these pans is that the handles do not get hot when you're cooking. The TransTherm universal base of the WMF Provence Plus ensures heat is distributed quickly and evenly. The pan stores heat, so you can turn down the heat source. This saves you energy!
The pans in the WMF Provence Plus series can be used on any heat source, including induction. In addition, the pans are dishwasher-safe.
WMF pans
The WMF pans are simple and timeless in design. The cooking pots are all made from their well-known Cromargan®. This is the registered trademark of WMF's 18/10 stainless steel, since 1927. The name Cromargan® is a compound of the terms Crom and Argan. Crom, because the steel has a particularly high chromium content, and Argan because of its silvery shine. The advantages of this material are: it is stainless, scratch-resistant, dishwasher-safe and highly resistant to acid discolouration. They come in many different shapes, sizes and designs, so there will always be a pan that's right for you. What will you prepare your next meal in?
